From Naples, Italy, Georges and the Covino family are the oldest generation of restaurateurs on the Gold Coast. Now second generation, established in 1984 in Romanas Nobbys Beach and then Broadbeach Valentinos 1995 & Georges on Broadbeach 1998, still family owned today we are proud to open Georges on Sorrento with my sons Alf and Emilio and my wife Corina (usually behind the bar) a twist of fresh seafood, homemade pasta and our imported Marana wood fired oven from my fathers town in Naples.

The menu will vary seasonally, and please let us know if there are any allergies or dietary needs. 95% of our menu is cooked to order. We offer a salt-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and also vegan menu. We will be open 7 days lunch and dinner, any special occasion or functions, let our staff know on food packages available.
