From Naples Italy, Georges and the Covino family are the oldest generation of restaurateurs on the Gold Coast. Now second generation, established in 1984 in Romanas Nobbys Beach and then Broadbeach Valentinos 1995 & Georges on Broadbeach 1998, still family owned today we are proud to open Georges on Sorrento with my sons Alf and Emilio and my wife Corina (usually behind the bar) a twist of fresh seafood, home made pasta and our imported Marana wood fired oven from my fathers town in Naples.
